The ASU Police Department received a report of a Sexual Assault which occurred on the evening of September 11, 2024 at a residential housing complex located on the south side of the Tempe campus.
The suspect was in the victim's room with others. After the others left, the suspect assaulted the victim.
The suspect was known to the victim and no arrest has been made.
