The suspect’s movements were captured on security cameras. If you saw the suspect, have additional information, or know their whereabouts, please contact UOPD at 503-412-3700. Photos of the suspect are at the end of this message.\n\nUpdates regarding this incident, when and if available, will be posted on the same website.
