At this time, based on initial law enforcement assessment, we do not believe this threat is credible.  \n\nUNCW Police will continue to investigate in conjunction with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies. You will see an increased law enforcement presence on campus as this work takes place. \n\nThe anonymous bomb threat alleges several residence halls could be affected. No one on campus has reported suspicious activity. If you see anything concerning, please contact campus police at 910.962.2222 or police@uncw.edu. In an emergency, contact 911. \n\nIf you have general questions or concerns, please send them to incidentresponse@uncw.edu. \n\nThe university will send you an update in two hours.
