The suspect was seen hiding in the bushes. He then jumped out and exposed himself to a pedestrian who was passing by the area. The incident occurred in the area of the pathway along the Huron River, nearest the wooden footbridge. The suspect was last seen entering the University of Michigan Arboretum.
