      "verbatimText": "The Department of Public Safety has been informed of a burglary that occurred on September 1, 2025, at 195 Claremont Avenue and 549 Riverside Drive.\nA video review shows a suspect piggybacking behind a tenant to gain access into 195 Claremont Avenue on September 1, 2025 at 1:30am. Once inside the\nbuilding, the suspect proceeds to take two packages from the lobby. Afterwards, the suspect proceeds through a passageway into the lobby of 549 Riverside\nDrive where they take four additional packages.\nThe individual is described as male-presenting, with a medium complexion, and facial hair. If you have any additional information, please contact Public Safety\nat 212-854-2797.\n\nSafety Tips\nStay informed about delivery statuses and estimated arrival times.\nPlease try to retrieve your package in a timely manner.\nRequest that packages be placed in a less visible or concealed spot.\nWhen possible, arrange for packages to be delivered when you or someone else is available to receive them.\nWhen safe and if possible, do not allow others to piggyback behind you when you are entering your apartment building.
